Court and Stadium Hire
     
  Casual Court Hire Rates  
  $3.00 per person    
  From January 2010 casual court hire will be $3 per person.
Casual hire rates include use of hire rackets and plastic shuttles. Feather shuttles can be purchased from the stadium pro shop. 		 
       
  School Rates    
  Courts / equipment - $6.60 per court per hour or $1.65 per student  
  Courts / coaching / equipment - $2.75 per student  
       
 

Ballarat Badminton Association School Information Pack - including general information for school teachers, competition entry forms and tips for umpiring

  
  Schools wishing to book courts can fill out the court booking form and return it to the stadium.  
       
  Social Court Hire Opening Hours  
  Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings 7-9pm  
  Saturday mornings 9am -12noon  
  Junior Social Club Friday afternoons 4-6 pm  
  Alternative times can be arranged by contacting the stadium on 5339 4601  
     
  Stadium Hire  
  The Ken Kay Badminton Stadium is available for hire for such things as demonstrations, exhibitions and major/minor events. Current events include the Great Outdoors Expo, Ballarat Antique Fair and Ballarat Indoor Bias Bowls Tournament.  
  Facilities Include  
  2720 sq metres of floor space  
  Front entrance booth / office (ideal for ticket sales)  
  Canteen facilities (open for tender)  
  Toilet facilities including separate accessible toilet.  
 

 
  Upstairs kitchen / function facility  
  Meeting room / creche facility  
  Upstairs bar / meeting room
