Vic Country Cup Sunday July 14th

| The 3rd Annual Vic Country Cup will be held on Sunday July 14th. The VCC is a teams event for players who wish to gain tournament experience without the pressure of playing against State Level players or in a State Selection Tournament.
This year we will be holding a Junior Coaching Clinic on Saturday 13th July, for any interested players.

Ballarat Junior Tournament October 27th 2012

| The Ballarat Junior Tournament will be held on Octber 27th, accepting entries in Under 11, Under 13, Under 15, Under 17 and Under 23. This is a State selection Tournament for Under 13 and Under 17 age groups. Entries close Wednesday October 10th, and no late entries will be accpeted.
Under 11, Under 15 and Under 23: Singles and Doubles only
Under 13 and Under 17: Doubles and Mixed Doubles only
Times: A player briefing will take place at 8.50am, with first matches being called at 9am. The draw can be found below and the order of play is as follows:
U11/U15/U23: Singles followed by Doubles
U13/U17: Doubles followed by Mixed Doubles

2012 Junior Closed Championship

This years' Ballarat Junior Closed Tournament will be held on Sunday 29th July. If you are Under 19 years of age and are a Ballarat Badminton Association Member, you are eligible to enter. The winners will be crowned Ballarat Champions for 2012.
Please Note: All players wishing to be selected in Ballarat teams for the Vic Teams at MSAC on August 19th must compete in this tournament.

2012 Vic Country Cup Sunday - May 13th

| The 2012 Vic Country Cup was held on Sunday 13th May, and included a Mothers Day Morning Tea. Teams were entered from 4 Associations, with each association taking out the winners medallions in one of the age groups. Thanks must go to Warrnambool, Geelong and Latrobe Valley for embracing the concept that rural and regional juniors need particpation based tournaments to improve their badminton. The winners were:
Under 13 Team Event: Winner: Latrobe Valley A Runner Up: Ballarat A
Under 15 Team Event: Winner: Warrnambool A Runner Up: Latrobe Valley
Under 17/19 Boys: Winner: Geelong Runner Up: Ballarat
Under 19 Mixed Event: Winner: Ballarat Runner Up: Warrnambool B
